Science Overview

*Brief Science Overview:

In science, we use Savvas Elevate.  The curriculum is aligned with Next Generation Science Standards (NGSS) and STEM Learning.  The curriculum will allow students to build scientific knowledge by applying core ideas, science and engineering practices, and inquiry based learning.  We will continue to study concepts related to life science, earth science, and physical science.  Throughout each chapter, the students will work on different projects, as well as hands-on explorations and/or experiments.  We will also have homework assignments, projects, and tests to complete throughout the year.
