I graduated from David B. Oliver High School, which was part of the Pittsburgh Public School System, in 1997.  In high school I played four years of football and volleyball.  I graduated from Slippery Rock University in 2001 with a bachelor’s degree in K-12 Health and Physical Education.  After college I was hired by Norwin School District as an Instructional/Security Aide, a job that I held for a year and a half.  During that time I also taught PE for the after school VIP program.  In 2003, I was hired as a full time teacher of Health and Adapted/Fitness classes.  The following year I moved to the elementary level and, for the next three years, I worked at Sunset Valley and Stewartsville.  Following that I moved to Hahntown and Sheridan Terrace where I have been ever since.  In my free time I enjoy football, hockey, baseball, golf, ping-pong, hunting and spending time with my family.
