Student Supply List

The district and I provide the children with some school supplies.  The supplies that will be available to your child on the first day of school are as follows box of crayons, pencils, a glue stick, and folders. 

 

Hahntown Elementary School – First Grade Supply List

 

 

pencil box or pouch

2 yellow highlighters

1 pack dry erase markers – black (4 pack) (please do not purchase Crayola brand dry erase markers)

2 pink erasers 1” x 2” (approximate)

12 pencils (#2 medium soft lead, sharpened if possible)

4 glue sticks

1 box of crayons (8 to 24 count)

1 pair of scissors

1 dry erase eraser or an old sock

Headphones (to be kept at school)

 

The items listed above should be placed in their pencil box/pouch with your child’s name on it and brought to school on the first day.  Any extra supplies or items that will not fit in your child's pencil box/pouch can be placed in a bag that will be kept in their cubby.

 

 

Your child will also need the following:

 

Backpack with name on it (no wheeled backpacks)

Water bottle (please fill with water only and send to school each day)

Change of clothes (will be kept in your child’s backpack)
