Meet the Teacher

Meet Mrs. Seymour

My name is Susan Seymour and the 2023-2024 school year will be the start of my thirty-first year of teaching. I have been teaching in Norwin since 2007 and previously taught in West Mifflin for fourteen years. I earned my Bachelor’s Degree (Elementary and Early Childhood Education) from Edinboro University and my Master’s Degree (Adult and Community Education) from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. I am a Norwin resident and my husband and I have two children who are graduates of Norwin High School. Our son is a graduate of Point Park University and our daughter is a graduate student at Central Washington University. We enjoy spending time with our kids. In my free time, I enjoy reading, scrapbooking, and riding my bike. I’m looking forward to a great year in second grade!
