Attendance and Trip Excuses / Bus Passes

Excuse, Tardy and Early Dismissal - Please use this excuse form if your child is absent, late or leaving early.  

One Day Bus Pass - In addition to both parents agreeing to this bus pass, you must contact the bus garage and check if there is room on the bus.  Bus passes are for child care purposes only!

Family Trip Excuse  - This must be completed 5 days prior to going on the trip.  This will provide 5 school days off per school year.  Trips during PSSA testing will not be approved.
