New Volunteer Procedures

for Parents and Community Members

New for the 2023-2024 school year, the Norwin School District will utilize a new Volunteer Clearance Management System called Raptor. (The previous system, "Safe Kids," has been discontinued and will no longer be in use.)


All NEW volunteers or volunteers who do not currently have a valid Volunteer ID Badge must use the link below for their initial volunteer application and to upload valid clearances.

Once your Volunteer Account has been approved, you will receive an email confirmation. If you have a valid Volunteer ID Badge, you are not required to do anything through Raptor at this time.
