Meet the Teacher

Growing up I always knew that I wanted to be a teacher! After graduating from Hempfield Area High School, I attended the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown and majored in Elementary Education. Soon after working within the schools, I decided to continue my studies at Saint Vincent College to receive my Master’s Degree in Special Education.

Outside of school I enjoy spending time with my family. My husband and I have two daughters. As a family we enjoy cheering on the Pittsburgh Penguins and spending time outdoors such as swimming, biking, and going to the beach in the summer. I also enjoy reading, decorating, and creating new projects.
