Room 41 and 44 Reading about wild weather!
Mrs. Eckhardt’s second grade reading class have been working hard to find important details in nonfiction texts. They read expository text about wild weather such as tornadoes, hurricanes, blizzards, and thunderstorms. They practiced finding important details about one type of weather to complete research and create informational posters. The students worked together in small groups to read about one type of wild weather, complete their research and create their posters. They loved using their own creativity to create unique informative weather posters!
